Presented in this paper an application of the evaluation of knowledge management in organizations and enterprises and the generation of roadmaps, which developed as a system in the cloud, to establish how to identify, organize, generate, share and apply knowledge management through a comprehensive and ongoing evaluation of the following categories: organizational analysis, competencies, practices, processes and information technology and communications IT. This part of the research entitled: Strategies and knowledge management components for technology-based cluster: if IT cluster, the coffee-growing region of Colombia.
