Abstract

The aim of the paper is to develop a model for the design, planning and integrated management of reliable and resilient supply chains, so as to minimize the risks of disruption in the flow of information and products from these systems, and in order to mitigate impact of these failures in the normal functioning of these Networks. The main scientific issue of this project is the lack of methodologies and tools in an integrated manner to ensure a solution for the design of reliable supply chain (low probability of failure) and resilient (able to return to its original state after a system failure). After designing a general solution in this project we expect to design a reliable supply chains and resilient in our country, given all the adverse conditions, cultural, social and economic in Colombia found that make the likelihood of failure in supplies very high.
