Strategic planning is a management tool that enables organizations to achieve their objectives, therefore, is in the
Strategic Plan which sets out the vision, mission, values, policies, objectives and goals that every company must
meet at a specific time and within which management must be framed. This paper aims to design a Strategic Plan
to Improve Management of a Manufacturing Enterprise under the Focus of Balanced Scorecard. The methodology
was to conduct an assessment of the organization in its strategic and internal and external factors affecting it, then
set the strategies, strategic objectives and indicators are then developed an action plan for achieving the strategies
presented and, finally, evaluated the Strategic Plan. Among the findings highlight the strategic concept design
appropriate to the characteristics of the organization, the proposed strategic plan, which sets out the strategic
goals, objectives and tactics and the system of management indicators, which shows the quantifiers and the goal
associated with each indicator, the evaluation indicated the feasibility of the proposal.
