Abstract

Organizations are formed by people, and they are the ones that give "life" to it, which is why they associate, collaborate, and interact with others to achieve their goals and the organization’s, too. This partnership creates psychological and psychosocial processes that affect people, groups and the results of the organization. It has been touched the human factors that affect productivity in order to establish how these factors are grouped, using the factor analysis to determine the underlying structure on the collected data, according to organizational- effectiveness criteria. This influence was confirmed by obtaining three factors referred on people who have a fourth factor influencing the results, these results are consistent with the theoretical review, since the variables loaded in the four expected components and they were named: Individual Factor, Group Factor, Organizational Factor and Results Factor. The impact’s knowledge of these factors on productivity will allow establishing the most appropriate management strategies to encourage the improvement of the Organization’s performance.
