The aim of the present study was the development of a system of management for processes supported on the
technology of the information for the services of technical support in the Cardiovascular Oriental Center "Dr.
Miguel Hernández" (CCO). This work was realized being based on an existing need to give solution to the
disadvantages that they present in this institution. The type of investigation corresponds to an investigation
projective of mixed source and comprehensive level. Inside the technologies of compilation of information that
were in use they find the documentary review, direct observation, surveys and not structured interviews, in
addition, it was developed under the limits that established with the combination of the methodologies Extreme
Programming (XP) and the Method of Shaped of Processes of Software (MPS), remaining the operative model
structured in the following phases: exploration, planning, production, maintenance and liberation; which allowed
that they should fulfill by the requirements of the investigation and were adjusting to the characteristics of the
topic in question. Since result designed the structure of the system of management for processes, and the
procedures and limits were defined to continuing, up to obtaining a product of suitable software for the
requirements of technology of the institution.
