Abstract

The work presented is partly the result of research carried out to SMEs grouped in Red artisan cheese guayanés telita, is a comparative analysis to determine the degree of difference between them, as a preliminary to establish their levels of development and make proposals for improvements to it. The sample consisted of 38 production units as a method of study, we applied the statistical package Multi Variate Statistical Package (MVSP). After analyzing the results, it was determined that all the variables can be subjected to discriminant analysis depth understanding of the productive performance of SMEs. Also need further testing with other systems because the results do not indicate that there are optimal levels of development.
