Abstract |
The present work shows results obtained from of an oriented longitudinal research toward strategic planning in
the adoption of Information Systems (IS), Communication and Information Technologies (ICT), and Information
Security. The objective of this work is to define the profile of the strategies in universities and characteristics of
the organizational culture to ensure success of the application of the strategic planning in a learning organization
context. In order to achieve this objective, an exploratory and documentary type research was carried out. Among
the conclusions reached was that experts in the universities have a high personal dominion, apply group learning,
as well as have a shared vision in IS, ICT and information security.
