Abstract |
This study focuses on the influence of Knowledge Management (KM) approached from the perspective of its
Critical Success Factors (CSF) on the Innovation Performance with regard to Colombian companies. In doing so,
the article builds on the different approaches exposed by several authors, and setting afterwards a single CSF
model for KM implementation, considering eight factors within the model, as a result of the integration of the
different factors identified in the literature review. Moreover, this paper provides preliminary findings of the
existing empirical evidence so far, presenting a preliminary qualitative analysis that supports the hypotheses
formulated in the research.
