Abstract

The smes of preparations in the city of Cali count on potential to be productive and competitive at national and international level, nevertheless, they present/display problems associated to the management of the innovation and the productive improvement by aspects related to the inadequate or nonexistent qualification of its human talent. An integral strategy of referring qualification was designed taking as main companies leaders from textile- preparation-design and fashion cluster of Medellín, city leader of the sector in Colombia. Also, information took shelter exceeds better practices in technological-productive improvement to being applied in the sme by means of the qualification, essentially in its contents. Which concludes that the main impact is the fortification of the knowledge of the SMEs of the sector preparations to enable its human talent, generates learning organizational that will be reflected in productive improvement and innovation and major productivity of the SMEs of the sector.
