Abstract

Institutions of Higher Education, seek to advance the incorporation deferments instruments and tools from the quality management, in order to improve their skills and results for fulfill its mission and institutional projects. This article is a search of the importance of indicators management inside higher education in Colombia, to promote the adoption of the Balanced Scorecard methodology applied to higher education organizations, in order to provide a performance optimization.
