In the companies of the Peruvian software industry, the generation, the internal transfer and the integration are
three important activities to negotiate the knowledge. This, of being made in an efficient and effective way will
offer them competitive advantage. In the present investigation it has been proven that there is a causal positive
relationship among the three activities, that is to say, the knowledge generated in the companies of the Peruvian
software industry, is easy to transfer among the technical personnel. Also, this transferred knowledge; it is easy of
being assimilated by people that have received it.
