Abstract
Will the management system architecture and control of academic programs UNEXPO Puerto Ordaz by the need for updating, managing and storing data from the graduate program. In the present work was made functional and contextual diagrams that allowed the development of a Web portal capable of storing and presenting the information required in applications for academic programs. This makes it possible to meet the management and control of applications for accreditation, licensing and renewal of academic programs and from the Internet automatically.
