Abstract:

This article presents the assignment of a plan for the sales account managers for an Asian technology company, which has multiple profiles of customers and advisors, in such a way that demand is satisfied with the most appropriated profiles, and a plan is established for hiring new consultants. This was achieved thanks to a mixed whole programming model, which allows to model with the characteristics and restrictions established for commercial advisors and clients an optimal plan of account assignment. With this it was possible to assign the sales account who are currently hired and the contracting plan necessary to cover the totality of the demand that the organization owns is established.
