Abstract:

The project develops a design to establish a system of construction of basic single-family housing with pre-fabricated elements at low cost of reinforced concrete, to serve peripheral populations and in post-emergency situations, the study led to establish a production process for prefabricated elements in a static production plant and at the foot of the work and even in post-emergency situations. The production plant uses a minimum of equipment for six types of homes, as well as molds that can be used for the production of all prefabricated pieces for the six types of housing. The costs of production, manufacturing and assembly are low and even four models are below the amount of the emergency bonus assigned by the Peruvian government. There is a very high correlation between the built surface and the costs of production, assembly and finishing of the work. The production and building periods are short and can be attended in any emergency situation.
