Abstract:

The following research was conducted in order to analyze the implications, advantages, disadvantages and relevance of the use of three mobile applications: Moodle Mobile, Remind and WhatsApp in the virtual education of a group of undergraduate students. The methodology used is qualitative with a research-action design, where students and teachers use a mobile application to access the virtual learning platform from the mobile device and mobile instant messaging applications to support the processes communication and training in virtual methodology students. It was concluded that the combination of E-Learning and M-learning allows more structured and dynamic learning environments, creating collaborative environments that facilitate access to information and knowledge and therefore to ubiquitous learning, optimize the times of answers, favors collaborative learning and makes the interaction between students-teachers and peers closer.
