Abstract:

The interaction and intervener of lean through mediation and moderation effect have become one of the most used bivariable models to improve competitive performance in supply chains. Therefore, we used structural equations and ordinary least squares regressions to determine the level of mediation and moderation where lean reaches its significance level for improvement manufacturing performance.
