Abstract:

In this paper, the Servperf tool was used to measure the quality of the Continuing Education training service provided by an Ecuadorian University, and statistical methods were used to identify the increase in the productivity of the participants who received training requested by companies, through the implementation of the standardized questionnaire proposed by Cronin and Taylor, and 7 questions related to productivity to prove the existence of a positive correlation between both factors.
