Abstract:

This article presents the general theory that corresponds to machine learning, specifically the decision trees, the application of the ID3 method within the process that constitutes the massive appraisals and an analysis of its effectiveness with respect to the traditional method of linear regression and the observed values; In order to carry out this process we worked with data obtained from the Special Administrative Unit of the District Cadastre (UAECD) and the Cadastral Technical Observatory, corresponding to the Zonal Planning Units 65 Arborizadora, 73 Calandaima and 79 Garcés Navas
