Abstract:

The following article corresponds to the implementation of the management by processes in the documentary administration of the construction company ASOLFED Contratistas Generales SAC of the city of Trujillo, Peru. For this, a Pre-Experimental research approach was followed, where information gathering techniques such as survey, interview and documentary review were used. For the implementation of process management, a proposed methodology was used that had the following stages: Preparatory, Diagnostic, Verification and, Measurement and improvement of processes; which resulted in the conservation of documents in an increase of 121.52%, the time of access to information was reduced by 98.07%, the optimization of paper use was reduced by 50.96% and the satisfaction of the collaborators was 100% in this construction company. This article is divided into introduction, state of the art, objectives, material and methods, methodology for the implementation of management by processes, results and conclusions.
