Abstract:

The production of spatial information in the cadastre generating entities of the Regional Government of Madre de Dios was not organized because it did not have a structure that allows orderly documentation of the types of geographical objects and their characteristics, as well as the exchange of spatial information between it was inefficient because it was not timely and reliable, resulting in overlapping rights between forest concessions, titled, possessed rural properties and the native communities of the department of Madre de Dios. The aim of this paper is to raise awareness of the improvement of the quality of spatial information in the forest and rural cadastre generating entities of the Regional Government of Madre de Dios through the implementation of a Spatial Data Framework, for which the international standard was applied ISO 19110 - Methodology for the cataloging of geographic objects, allowed to standardize the production of spatial information, later the design and implementation of the spatial database for the rural and forestry cadastre was carried out, and finally the implementation of the geographic web services among them, the web map service (WMS) and the object download service (WFS) with the purpose of carrying out the exchange of information between the cadastre generating entities. Finally, the presentation of a methodological proposal that represents a sequence of stages for the implementation of the information flow of the Spatial Data Framework of the Regional Government of Madre de Dios through the use of geo-free technology tools.
