Abstract:

The next few years the use of electric vehicles in cities will increase, this is due to the environmental advantages they offer. This document presents the optimal design of an autonomous charging station based on the inclination of the solar panels. The size of the hybrid system and the economic analysis are simulated in Pvsyst. Three scenarios are presented for the simulation. The optimum orientation is achieved with a 10° angle of inclination with respect to the plane, the cost of energy is of $0.20 kWh.
