Abstract:

This paper presents the design and simulation of indicators under the strategic management methodology ""Balanced Scorecard"" for a company of Lithographic industry, which has been previously identified the need to monitor and control processes for achieving improvement in their strategic and financial objectives and results of operations. Grounded in systems thinking analysis indicators is under the platform two information systems, ""Microsoft Excel ®"" and ""Modeling Dynamic Systems - Stella ®"", which allows recreating scenarios and sensitivity analyzes, respectively.
