Abstract:

This paper describes the measurement model of knowledge management in university education using mathematical modelling; the work identifies reference model architecture (node-link) with five categories; then the variables in each category are specified and the equations of state of each metric. At the end it was validated through panel of experts (n = 10 profiles) and replicated r = 2 in a time window of one year.
