Abstract

The following research present the importance of the current virtual education in a learning environment as it is m-learning defines learning through wireless mobile devices that can connect and access information online at any time, location and / or location. Access to information in this way has evolved from consultations to the banking sector, trade, education, games / entertainment, and other utilities that have now led to a revolution in mobile communications.
In education there is no exception to this technology and virtualization reference content in electronic media-accessible mobile Internet. Education classrooms went from being in attendance, to online-based education strategies (e-learning) and half-face, the evolution of such strategies generated what is now known as m-learning (mobile learning) which is the current basis of the prototype development environment.
The evolution that has taken education at different levels of knowledge has given rise to a technology of "hand", where the autonomy of each participant depends on the frequency of use and access information from it. The research project focuses on education through mobile devices, this project implements a tool (prototype WAP), which allows us to channel the concept of m-learning, defining learning courses for the knowledge base in a virtual learning environment with standards m- learning.
