Abstract

Users, teachers and students of the virtual learning platform that has the Universidad Apec, UNAPEC called EVA (Virtual Learning Environment) have been confronting some drawbacks in the use of the platform due to several factors, among which are : Loss of the page you are browsing, confusion of the elements of activities that shows the environment, poor durability testing time online, frizz page, delay in response time on chat and messaging environments, misunderstanding of activities that require constant training, among other drawbacks, which has led to a median and low acceptance of the platform which results in slowing down the purpose of a university long-term total virtualization of some subjects and later, careers.
To solve these problems and achieve fully exploiting all the resources that the platform provides, what we have advocated the study of user participation in this platform to establish the improvements to be integrated with it. This study found that it should implement the integration of usability to the environment, which would produce a purely friendly platform for any type of user, from an incoming student to a teacher with little computer skill. Thus, the university achieved in a short time to implement, with all the advantages that means, full virtualization of careers and courses that apply.
