| This research develops in the process of birth and death, the sensitivity of efficiency in the workplace of a production process, using different values of utilization factor (ratio of arrival rates and service fees) and reference capacitance values. The jobs are measured by the performance of it and in this case we focus on efficiency, to simulate it for 50 replicas values and calculate some parameters of queues. We conclude that it is important to the ability of the job within the system to obtain higher values of efficiency and optimize the workplace. | ||
