Abstract

This research intends to systematize a process management model to be applied to the organizational communication as an intangible resource in the universities which are responsible for the intellectual, moral and material enrichment of society through of the education of its citizens, the research work and the applications of their results. In order to achieve this it must use internal and external communication processes which can enhance the achievement of corporate objectives if managed efficiently. The study has a descriptive approach with a field work strategy. For compiling information an interview protocol was designed for its application to the academic coordination bodies in the Universidad Nacional Experimental de Guayana (UNEG). The authors explored aspects such as types of customers who use the information, the information input that they should transmit and everything related to organizational communication: Management of information, language, advertising and corporate image among others. The analysis of the results allowed the authors to conclude that organizational communication can be present in two ways, internal and external, which enabled to build a graphic model from the systematic point of view of the communication process at UNEG.
